    Our Mission

     At Pro Development, we’re all about sparking the passion for football in young players! Our mission is to ignite the potential of boys and girls aged 8 to 16 through fun and dynamic coaching sessions that not only build their skills but also their love for the game. We’re committed to creating a supportive environment where kids can thrive as both players and individuals, guiding them on their journey to reach new heights in football. It’s more than just playing the game—it’s about personal growth, teamwork, and having a blast every step of the way!

    Our team is made up of our passionate FA and UEFA qualified coaches who all have links within the male and female game at various levels.


    Owner/Lead Coach - Billy Wilkinson

    Billy has a FA level two, enrolled into UEFA C licence and is  currently enrolled in the FCB Barcelona University and currently coaches at Sheffield Wednesday Ladies Fc


    Lead Coach - Dominic Willis

    Dominic is an FA qualified coach who currently coaches at Junior Blades.


     Plus, keep an eye out for special guest appearances! We’ve got connections in the football world, so you might see professional coaches and even former or current pro players dropping by to join our sessions!

    Being passionate students of the game for over 30 years we have learnt wide range of styles and techniques, from the more traditional and classical approaches right up to the current methods adopted throughout world football. Our sessions are built first and foremost to be fun and engaging for the players to help fuel their love of the game.

     We have crafted a dynamic syllabus of technical progression which will cater for players of all abilities, grouped on age and ability to ensure we maximise development and progression, which will surely be seen when the player returns to their respected teams or clubs
