    Our Mission

     At Pro Development, we’re all about sparking the passion for football in young players! Our mission is to help develop confident, intelligent and technically excellent players. We are committed to providing age appropriate, player centred development that that not only builds strong character  but also promotes a life long love for the game. We’re committed to creating a supportive environment where players can thrive as both players and individuals,  It’s more than just playing the game—it’s about personal growth, teamwork, and having a blast every step of the way!

    Our team is made up of our passionate FA and UEFA qualified coaches who all have links within the male and female game at various levels.


    Owner/Lead Coach - Billy Wilkinson

    Billy is a UEFA qualified coach with a wealth of experience.  currently enrolled in the FCB Barcelona University and coaches at Worksop Town Academy and Sheffield Wednesday Ladies Fc


    Lead Coach - Dominic Willis

    Dominic is an FA qualified coach who currently coaches at Junior Blades.

    Our Sessions

    Every session is designed with purpose, high standards and clear progression. Being passionate students of the game for many years we have learnt wide range of styles and techniques adopted throughout world football. Our sessions are built first and foremost to be fun and engaging for the players to help fuel their love of the game.

     We have crafted a dynamic syllabus of technical progression which will cater for players of all abilities, grouped on age and ability to ensure we maximise development and progression, which will surely be seen when the player returns to their respected teams or clubs
